What can Access Computer Care help me with?

How long can I expect to wait for my computer to be repaired?
ACC strives to complete repairs as quickly as possible, usually within 36 hours but frequently within 24 hours except if special parts are needed. Our computers are important to us and we KNOW your computer is important to you.
Can ACC upgrade my windows 7 PC to Windows 10 and let me keep all my programs?
Yes. We can upgrade your computer’s operating system and usually make all of your programs work with Windows 10. Your programs, files and desktop should all look the same.
Can ACC upgrade my Windows XP machine to Windows 10?
Unfortunately, computers built to run Windows XP are not powerful enough to run Windows 10.
Is Windows 10 any good? Or should I stay with Windows 7/8?
Windows 10 has proven to be one of Microsoft’s most reliable and most secure operating systems to date. Windows 7 has also been solid but is becoming obsolete as it is over 12 years old. Windows 8/8.1 users will benefit from increased stability that comes with Windows 10.
My computer is 8 years old. Should I throw it out and buy a new one?
You could and the new machine would definitely be faster. Or, you could save some money and simply have ACC upgrade a few components in your computer along with the version of Windows. ACC upgraded and uses a computer built in 2007 which serves its purpose just fine. It won’t play games well but is great for email, surfing the internet and word processing.
My Wi-Fi network fades in and out. Can ACC help me fix this? It’s very annoying.

My computer won‘t boot and I have photos of my grandchildren on it. I don’t have copies and am scared they will be gone forever?
Take a deep breath. We at ACC take every precaution possible to make certain your computer will get working again and that your photos are retrievable. If for some reason, your photos are inaccessible, ACC has many tools we use to retrieve them – including working with a hard drive lab that specializes in damaged hard drives. We can usually retrieve 100% of your photos
